We offer a 7-day free trial so you can test compatibility before purchase. After payment, the product delivered is a digital activation code created for a specific device.

We review refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase for accidental duplicate orders, technical incompatibility, and unused or unredeemed activation codes. Please include your order number, device ID, and a short description of the issue when contacting support.

Refunds may be denied once a code has been redeemed on a device, where abuse is detected, or where an exception under applicable law or policy applies. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
